Hard Dive @ Tioman Island

For the 2nd time in consecutive years,
i hv an opportunity to enjoy the beauty of tioman island
on 22- 24 september 2012.

4tunately this time, do the fun dive @ 4 beautiful dive sites named
tiger reef, tedau,soyak island & malang rock 

The moment u backroll entry into the sea from the boat,
inflate ur BCD to stay afloat @ the surface
b4 u descent into the bottom,so really really good!!

Add the underwater camera into our equipments,
we just had a really nice time down there
by enjoying all the coral fishes
(but don’t really know their names,most of it)
& a truly beautiful corals &
the utmost part,
posing our style 4 the memories !!

It is the 1st diving under my belt
since i enrolled into the open water dive(OWD)course
@ perhentian island.

I am quite anxious but on the saturday morning after our arrivals,
me and two buddies spent time to do shore dive 1st
to review our diving skills up to date.

1st Shore Dive,Salang Village Jetty :

We saw a large group of selar kuning under the jetty,moray eel,
clownfish a.k.a. nemo, angel fishes.

2nd dive : Tiger Reef

We ascend by rope
to the bottom of the sea in the depth of 20-22m
A very strong current during the descend
A lot of big corals during our dove, awesome view!
We saw a cave but did not entered it.
here we saw a small cuttlefish.
Somehow,i ascend to the surface to the sudden
and miss the safety stop @5m required 4 the dive.

3rd dive : Tedau

Here too,we saw a large cuttlefish, a lot of coral fishes
The diving is easy across the corals
and I was able to do safety stop b4 ascend to the surface.

4th dive : Soyak Island

The wait is over!! we saw a turtle almost 35 minutes
after descend to the bottom.
Amazing scenery, in front of my eyes in their natural playground.

We just took pictures with this turtle around 10 minutes,
but as far as im concerned
he really cools and not moving a lot,hehe

5th dive : Malang Rock

This is an easy dive site according to dive master (DM)
but faizat lost his mask and last to descend,
the current pushed 4 of us from the another buddies,
me struggle to stay off the bottom in 5m,
somehow we found DM zaki and others,
then we dove against the strong current in almost 15-20 minutes
across a unique & beautiful round corals but a lot of sea urchins there;

here is shallow bottom,10-15 metres.
Afterwards,the 2nd time we saw a turtle just try to eat the anemone,
not b4 the clown fish try to protect its home from being eaten.
