so i went to Temasek
(modern name : S'gapore )
4 1st time in 26 years..
poor old me.

actually the idea
is starting from my friend, firdaus.
he urged us to attend Mike's wedding
@ ulu tiram , johor bharu.
following that,
we add extra values by
decided to make almost a day-trip
to such islands..

we arrived @ kg melayu majidee
around 3.30am christmas day..
took a cab to Kompleks Imigresen & Kuarantin (KIK)
around 8am.
arrived at kranji in s'gapore 10am sharp.

later,
we bought Mass Rapid Transit ( MRT )
day-ticket passes as to visit places of interest.

we had time to discover
esplanade, merlion park , orchard road , little india, etc.
of course, i captured a few moments
in front of that lion statues, recognised symbol of this country..

after jumaat prayer
we went to victory mamak restaurant @ arab street
to savour the special big murtabak..value 4 money,really...:)

around 5.45 pm the same day ,
we boarding the boat to batam island
& upon arrival @ batam international ferry terminal
we hired a taxi & immediately searching
4 cheap budget hotel..
4tunately, just in 2nd attempts
we managed to stay @ koletra hotel
by paying 230k rupiah ( extra 20k bcoz PH )
per room..

8pm batam time,
we ate our dinner @ golden prawn 5xx..
here, they served fresh seafood cuisines
but the taste is so-so :
siakap asam pedam is so awful,
the price is quite higher..

26 Disember 2009 ~
(5th anniversary tsunami disaster 4 reminder )

we strolled around batam town,
snap some pictures @ KTM resort,
fi sabilillah bridge & masjid raya baiturrahman.
pampered bodies with 1 1/2 hrs massage,

lunch @ salero basamo minang restaurant
~ the menus as follows:
fried gurame, babat, sambal ijo ,
fried village chickens,
chocolate avocado juice, etc
to name a few..

no need to rushing,
we still hv time to
shopping @ nagoya hill shopping centre -
i bought fake giorgio armani shirts, fake polo t-shirt &
'batam island' round-neck shirts ~ that's all...

finally,
we ended the tour in batam island
by boarding ferry to stulang laut, JB
around 5pm...

we attend Norazmil aka Mike wedding ceremony
@ ulu tiram to complete our purpose
here & there...

erm,
lama sungguh rasanya x bersukan bowling..

akhirnya tiba jua masanya
kitorg meluangkan masa
pada Jumaat 18 Disember
di arl bowling centre
@ Pangkalan TLDM Lumut...

ini sume sbb teruja tgk team Daeng Selili
berentap mlm sblmnya d lokasi sama...:)

kitorg start main kui 6 ptg
memandangkan kitorg brmain pd cuti umum - awal muharram
maka rate per game a bit higher...

nmpaknya kitorg je yg tinggal tika
dh nak start game ke2,
so ape lagi berposing la
kitorg dgn pelbagai aksi
di persada bowling...

1st game 105 jatuhan pin
2nd game 95 jatuhan pin

x rendah x tinggi gak la pointsnya
coz ade buat one strike each game..hehe

mmg sangat puas hati
coz akhirnya dpt berbowling
dlm keadaan tenang
meskipun dlm kehangatan
persaingan karnival sukan spr 09' ...

Tangan Pun Nk Exercise..

terubatlah kerinduan nk
bermain badminton ptg smlm..

walaupun sekadar training je
kt kompleks sukan cochrane
tp berbaloi la...

kali k2 guna racket dunlop tu
itupun slps ade la sthn lebih x menyentuhnya..

erm nk harap wan mot jmput main badminton
setiap minggu
ataupun si hasina tu nk arrange sesi 'badminton'
jgn haraplah..
'org star' mner la nk main
dgn lefties ni..hehe

diharap yaya blh tlg sound abg joe itu..

of potong fc
by defeat of 3-1,
and broken our spurs-inspired captain, balkish..
and our heart too..

so glad
we finishing 4th placing!
from 32 / 40 teams, i guess...
