Langkawi Again!!

Early in the morning, i was heading to KLIA Transit Bandar Tasik Selatan by taxi.Fortunately, i met with my ex-schoolmates who frequently-used this type of transportation and i consult her to which side i need to wait the tren. From the waiting time until we entered the train,we do a lot of talks as far as i know,since we rarely meet.

Then, i arrived at the KLIA station around 9am. So, I was waiting my colleague at the domestic meeting point almost 45 minutes before he enter the fray. Soon,we go upstair to check-in our departure. Here, we try to use a new application, check-in kiosk but to no avail. We seeking the help of MAS staff and we succeed in that.

We just boarding the flight at 11.30am, 25mins delayed from the exact departure time. As usual,the cabin crew served us with that small salted peanut and fruit juices but we just store it into our hand-carry bag. 12.15 on the noon, we arrived at Langkawi Airport.

Later, i checked-in into my room at Federal Villa Hotel. It is part of Holiday Villa Hotel langkawi and if u know our own Property Development Division Prime Minister Dept, this hotel is listed under their managements and it will cost you just RM55 per night to stay here for the government servants.

Hmm, the view outside my room is so ‘scenery’. The abandoned ponds and a few big trees is the least i can expected. The air-conditioner is central-functional. As i switch on the TV, the StarMovies appeared but for a brief period. Then all channels blurred. Miserable!!

That evening around 3, we rent ‘kancil’ for 3 hours @ RM25,drive to Pekan Kuah. We decide to buy all the chocolates, goodies now because we don’t know if we have an adequate time to shop here. Then, we went to bazar ramadhan and i personally buy laksa, coconut water and murtabak.

The Last Day at Langkawi

The heavy rain poured down when we try to start our sight-seeing expedition.
We rent 'kancil' again for the whole day @ RM50 and went to Mat Chincang Cable Car Station with a big hope but the service are shutdown according to the bad whether.
From there, we discover Telaga Tujuh landscape and took the pictures at the waterfall nearby.Soon,we went to Marina Bay and Dataran Lang afterwards.

Later we went to Pantai Cenang, Zon Duty Free and Underwater World Complex. Late evening, we went to Durian Perangin Waterfalls and suddenly we had a problem.The car oil is empty and thank god, we had a friend with us to call his brother as to brought us oil gallons. We proceed 18km to Gunung Raya to view all Langkawi areas from here. The current development over here are Celcom Network Station and Measat Station, 5-Star Hotels and Vietnam & Italian Restaurant soon to be launched.
